*Obituary
Bessie Irene Reeves, 72, of 521 Michigan in Borger, died at 7:58 p.m. Tuesday in Golden Plains Community Hospital.
A housewife, she was an area resident since 1928.
She was a member of the Church of God and Ladies Auxiliary of the VFW.
She was preceded in death by a son, James E. Reeves in 1965.
She is survived by two daughters, Joy Yancey and Cheryl Ramby, both of Borger; two brothers, C.D. McDonald of Fritch, Lloyd McDonald of Ooltewah, Tennessee; three sisters, Grace Barrett and Billie Morrow, both of Borger, Faye Morrow of Odessa, and eight grandchildren.
Services are pending with Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors.
The family will be staying at 322 W. Coolidge.
