Jane R. Rumold
July 11, 1923 - October 15, 2016

Jane R. Rumold, 93, died October 15, 2016 in Amarillo. Graveside service will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Highland Park Cemetery in Borger. Memorial Service will be at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at Park Place Towers in Amarillo with Rev. Sharalyn Larsen of 1st Christian Church in Fritch officiating. Services are under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Jane came to Borger in 1953 and lived here until moving to Amarillo several years ago. She was a member of the 1st Christian Church and past president of the Borger Creative Arts Club and Christian Women's Fellowship.

She married Donald Keith Rumold December 14, 1945 in Baxter Springs, Kansas; Donald preceded her in death in 2013. Jane was Sr. Lab Analyst for Phillips Petroleum Co. until her retirement.

She is survived by her two daughters Mary Jane Dickson and her husband Mike of Albuquerque, NM and Donna Meyer and her husband Dan of Sunset, TX, 4 Grandchildren Shannon Dickson, Matthew Dickson, Keith Meyer and Ed Meyer, 2 Great Grandchildren Trevor and Gavin. The family suggests memorials be donated to the Hope Foundation at Park Place Towers or a charity of your choice.
