Jewell Sechrist, 76, of Borger, died Friday, April 10 at her home.
Funeral services were 2 p.m. Monday at the Church of Christ at Borger with Richard Kasko officiating. Burial was in Highland Park Cemetery under the direction of Brown Funeral Directors.
Casket bearers were John Leinen, Raymond Richardson, David Swink, Jerrel Thompson, Kay Litterell, Bill Hardin, and Seth Cunningham.
Mrs. Sechrist was a native of Slick, Okla. and a long-time resident of Borger. She was a housewife and a member of the Church of Christ at Borger.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred E. "Al" Sechrist in 1992; and four brothers, Jack, John, Jr., Eugene, and Bobby Pitchford.
Survivors include one daughter, Fern Lusk of Borger; one brother, Claude Pitchford of Eufaula, Okla.; three grandsons and seven great-grandchildren.
The family will be staying at 115 Garrett in Borger.
