Borger News Herald - January 2, 1957
Final rites for Charley Henry Sedlacek were scheduled at 2 p.m. today in the First Baptist Church, with the pastor, the Rev. Winfred Moore, officiating.
Sedlacek, a longtime resident of the Morse community, suffered a heart attack near his home Monday afternoon, and was pronounced dead on arrival at North Plains Hospital. He was 54.
Survivors include his wife, Audrey Alice; two daughters, Mrs. Robert Kelly, Stinnett and Mrs. Maurice Carroll of Borger.
Also, his mother, six sisters and one brother, all of Tecumseh, Okla.
Interment was in Highland Park Cemetery. Pall bearers were Harold Atkins, Gene Hoppe, Lee Hendrew, Driscall Kesterson, Jack Zimmell, and Henry Hoff.

Borger News Herald - August 23, 1959
Mrs. Audrey Alice Sedlacek, 55, died at 8 p.m. Friday in North Plains Hospital. A resident of Borger for the past 26 years, she resided at 1107 Boyd.
Final rites for Mrs. Sedlacek will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday in the First Baptist Church, of which she was a member. The Rev. Dan Cameron, pastor, will officiate at the services. Interment will be in Highland Park Cemetery with the Minton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. M.L. Carroll Jr. and Mrs. R.L. Kelley, both of Borger; her father, William Stevenson of Henrietta, Oklahoma; four sisters, Mrs. Emmett Ellis of Taos, New Mexico, Mrs. Pete Wood of Lubbock, Mrs. Clayton Quimby of Kermit and Mrs. Dal Turner of Sun Valley, California; three brothers, Raymond of Conroe, Benny of Las Vegas, Nevada and Bill Stevenson of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Casketbearers will be Orville Shepard, Wayne Adams, Kenneth Horton, Jack McKinney, Clyde Bell and Jack Stine.
