*Obituary
Pauline Shaw, 77, of 910 Hedgecoke, died at 3:20 p.m. Monday at North Plains Hospital.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Calvary Baptist Church with Rev. Leonard Forsythe, pastor of Bible Baptist Church, assisted by the Rev. Kenneth Romines, pastor of Calvary Baptist Church, officiating.
Burial will be in the Highland Park Cemetery under the direction of Ed Brown & Sons Funeral Directors.
Mrs. Shaw was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church, Adobe Walls, Order of the Eastern Star Chapter 1059, a Gray Lady for 15 years, American Red Cross, and member and past president of the Veteran's of War World I. She was also a member of the Grandmother's Club.
Survivors include two sons, J. Calvin of Eureka, Ark and Winfred R. of Andrews; three daughters, Mrs. Vanetta Gallion and Mrs. Betty Dawson, both of Borger, and Mrs. Joyce McLaughlin of Houston; three brothers, Joseph Pollard and John Pollard, both of Bradford, Ark., and B.D. Pollard of Thida, Ark.; one sister, Mrs. Grace Shaw of Newport, Ark.; 13 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Her husband, James R. Shaw, preceded her in death in May 1977.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Association.
