*Obituary
BORGER - Clea B. Sims, 68, died Thursday, Feb. 27, 2003, in Amarillo.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Brown Funeral Directors Chapel of the Fountains with the Rev. Orville Rogers, pastor of First Baptist Church of Stinnett, officiating. Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery.
Mr. Sims was a retired employee of the petroleum industry. He was a veteran of the Army.
Survivors include a brother, Bob Wesley Sims of Universal City; and a sister, Shirley Propes of Westlake Village, Calif.
