Helen Louise Smyrl
November 8, 1920 - May 26, 2014

Helen Louise Smyrl, 93, of Keller, Texas, passed away Monday, May 26, 2014 in Keller.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 29, 2014 at 11 a.m. at the First Baptist Church of Keller, with Pastor Keith Sanders officiating, arrangements by J.E. Foust & Son Funeral Home, Grapevine, Texas. Interment will be Saturday, May 31, 2014 at 1 p.m. at Highland Park Cemetery in Borger, under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Home.

She was born November 8, 1920 in Clinton, Missouri, the daughter of Melvin and Beulah Severns Richards. Helen retired from Keller Pharmacy, where she served as a Clerk. She was a very sociable person and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

Helen was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Wayne Robert Smyrl; an infant daughter, Ellen Smyrl; brother, Melvin Richards and sisters, Juanita Milam, Thelma Reding and Francis Green.

She leaves to cherish her memory her sons, Jerry Smyrl and wife, Janice of Albuquerque, NM and Gary Smyrl and wife, Charlene of Keller; sister, Nelda Harris of Bentonville, AR and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
