BORGER - April Jo Moore Thompson, 66, died Thursday, May 13, 2010, in Amarillo.
Services will be at 3 p.m. Monday in Riverview Baptist Church in Borger with Jimmy Gillmore, pastor, and David Walker, officiating. Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery in Borger. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd.
Mrs. Thompson was born April 21, 1944, in Long Beach, Calif., to Joe and Chris Moore. She was a member of Riverview Baptist Church and had worked for Crown Supply. She loved to bowl, cook, and go camping.
Survivors include three sons, Gerald Vaughan of Borger, Charles Davis of Garland and Jimmy Davis of McKinney; two brothers, Charles Moore of Denver and Raymond Moore of Borger; a sister, Sylvia Moore Witt of Borger; three granddaughters, Felicia Davis, Amanda Sanders and Ashley Davis; and a great-grandson, Thomas Sanders.
Visitation will be from 6:30 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
