Zorilla Plaster was born on August 22, 1884 in Bedias, Grimes County, Texas to William Middelton Plaster (1859–1944) and Sarah Bonsel Phillips Plaster (1857–1929). She had 3 siblings; Anabel Hess Plaster Bishop (1878–1945), Pliny Plaster
(1881–1970), William Joseph Plaster (1890–1896).
Miss Plaster married William Woodson Hall (1884--1974) in Madison County, Texas in 1906. From this union they had the following children:
- Infant Daughter Hall (1908–1908)
- Harvey Herbert Hall (1912–1976)
- Aubrey Lemond Hall (1914–1935)
Mrs. Hall died at the age of 70 on April 26, 1955 in Sugarland, Fort Bend County, Texas. She died 19 years before her husband from Colorectal Cancer. They are buried together at Bedias Methodist Cemetery.
