Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Highland Park Cemetery with the Rev. Wesley Holland, pastor of First United Methodist Church in Fritch, officiating. Arrangements are by Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Mr. Trumbly had been an area resident since 1946. He was a member of the BPOE Lodge 1581 for 20 years. He bowled on two leagues for 28 years with a high series of 749 and a high game of 289. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He married Betty Miles on Nov. 24, 1951, in Borger.

Survivors include his wife; two sons, David of Farmington, N.M., and Mark and wife, Lena, of Fritch; a brother, Joe Bob Trumbly of Fritch; two granddaughters, Autumn Marie Trumbly and Miky Renee Benoit; two grandsons, Michael W. Trumbly and James A. Trumbly; and a great-granddaughter, Berkley Ryann Trumbly.

FRITCH - Betty Trumbly, 72, died Wednesday, Jan. 3, 2007.

Graveside services will be at 4 p.m. today in Highland Park Cemetery with Mark Urquhart, chaplain of Hospice Care of the Southwest, officiating. Arrangements are by Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors of Fritch.

Mrs. Trumbly was born May 11, 1934, in Borger. She was a homemaker.

Survivors include two sons, David C. Trumbly and Mark A. Trumbly and wife Lena, all of Fritch; two brothers, Tom Toll of Del Rio and Ronnie Toll of Stinnett; a sister, Pat Loucks of Borger; four grandchildren, Autumn Marie Trumbly, Miky Renee Benoit, Michael W. Trumbly and James A.Trumbly; and two great-grandchildren, Berkley Ryann Trumbly and Benjamin Tyler Benoit.

The family suggests memorials be to Hospice Care of the Southwest, 1301 S. Coulter St., Suite 404, Amarillo, TX 79106.
