Christine Rose Turner, 75, Borger, died Monday, Jan. 22, 1996 in her home.
Services are pending with Minton-Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.
A native of Rawmarsh Rotherham Yorkshire, England, Mrs. Turner had been a Borger resident since May 1946. She was a homemaker. She was a member of the Church of England. She was a veteran of ATS British Army during World War II.
Mrs. Turner was also a member of the Disabled American Veterans Auxiliary, and the Trans Atlantic Brides and Parent Association.
She married Muriel Turner on Sept. 13, 1944 in London, England.
She was preceded in death by three children, Murline F. Turner, in 1946, David L. Turner, in 1948, and Elysie C. Turner, in 1951.
Survivors include her husband; a son, David Darrel Turner of Tappahannock, Va.; a daughter, Mary Louise Vanoven of Borger; a brother, Arthur Stewart Warren, of Hornden on the Hill Essex, England; a sister, Florence Mae Mather of Uxbridge Middlesex, England; five grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
