Elda Meyer was born on February 26, 1899 in Columbus, Colorado County, Texas to Otto Herman Plaster and Lillie Koenig.
Miss Meyer is the sister of Sidell Meyer Hansen, Evelyn Jullianne Meyer Bickley and Juanita Louise Meyer Clark; niece of Harry A. Koenig.
She is the Wife of Henry Hannibal Plaster (married in 1931) and the Mother of Betty Elda Plaster Bacon.
Mrs. Plaster died on June 7, 1992 at the age of 93 in Wharton County, Texas. She is buried with her husband Henry.
