Funeral services for G.A. Way are planned at 3 p. m. Tuesday in the First Methodist Church of Borger, with the pastor, the Rev. Lloyd Hamilton, officiating, assisted by Mr. Luther Roberts of Amarillo.

Way, who came to Borger with the Santa Fe Railroad in 1926, had been office manager for United Carbon Co. since 1927. He died Friday night in Northwest Texas Hospital in Amarillo, where he had been a patient since last August. He was 58.

Survivors include his wife, Irene; one son, W.E. Way of Aransas Pass; his mother, Mrs. M.E. Way of Hutchinson, Kans.; a brother, C.M. Way of Sioux Falls, S. Dak.; and two grandchildren.

Interment will be in Highland Park cemetery under the direction of the Minton Funeral Home. Casketbearers are R.W. Skoog, K.W. Boylan, Tom Bradford, Ed Lindsey, Francis Duck and Charlie McKinney.

Long time Borger resident Mrs. Irene Way, 58, 1203 Boyd, died Thursday in a Houston hospital.

Funeral arrangements are pending at Minton Mortuary.

Mrs. Way was a member of St. Peter's Episcopal Church of Borger.

Survivors include her father, A.D. Taylor of McAlester, Okla.; one son, William E. Way of Houston; three sisters, Mrs. Rubie Hostetler of Henderson, Nev.; Mrs. Pearl Baton and Mrs. Vadna Taylor, both of St. Louis, Mo.; a grandson and a granddaughter.
