Funeral services were held in Wheeler March 4, 1964 at the First Baptist Church for Marvin Neal Bradstreet. Rev. M.B. Smith of Pampa and Rev. Frank Ross of Wheeler, officiated at the services.
Marvin Neal Bradstreet was born in Texas on June 19, 1895. He came to the Wheeler Community from Vernon, Texas in 1918. Before moving to this community, Mr. Bradstreet was married to Eula Davee, Nov. 16, 1913 at Vernon, Texas.
During his active life, Mr. Bradstreet was a farmer and was a member of the Baptist Church. Mr. Bradstreet had been in bad health for the past several months and was in a Pampa Hospital when he passed away suddenly. At the time of his death, he was 68 years, 8 months and 13 days of age.
Survivors are the wife, Eula Bradstreet of Wheeler, nine children, Mrs. Ruth Taylor of Pampa, Travis Bradstreet of Pampa, Mrs. Thelma Bailey of Haggerman, N.M., Mrs. Rosalie Keelin of Briscoe, Roy Bradstreet and Coy Bradstreet of Wheeler, Mrs. Sylviann Brown of Wheeler, Mrs. Joy Garrison of Borger, and Mrs. Floy Larkin of Point Comfort; 34 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; three brothers, Cliff Bradstreet, of Wheeler, Les Bradstreet of Phoenix, Ariz. and Bill Bradstreet of Shamrock; three sisters, Mrs. Della Clay of Shamrock, Mrs. Rozenna Bryant of Anchorage, Alaska and Mrs. Kate Mayo of Whitesboro, Texas.
Two brothers and three sisters preceded Mr. Bradstreet in death.
