Milton Bradstreet passed away in the Wheeler Hospital Thursday January 1, 1959 at 1:30 a.m. At the time of his passing he was 75 years 1 month 11 days of age.

He was married to Clara Belle Cox, December 25, 1907, at Rule, Texas coming from Rule, Texas to Wheeler. They have made their home in Wheeler community for the past 46 years. Mr. Bradstreet operated the Cotton Gin and later farmed.

Funeral services were held Friday January 2, 1959 in the First Baptist Church of Wheeler with Rev. M.B. Smith of Pampa and Rev. Frank Ross of Wheeler officiating.

He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Wheeler.

Survivors include the wife, Mrs. Clara Bradstreet of Wheeler; two daughter, Mrs. Jaunita [sic] Levitt of Wheeler, Mrs. Dorthy Beene of Snyder, Texas; one brother, Frank Bradstreet of Clifton, Texas; three sisters, Mrs. Lola Brewer of Clifton, Texas, Mrs. Iva White of Waco, Texas, Mrs. Margaret Winfield of Clarksville, Arkansas; nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren. One daughter preceeded him in death.

Serving him as pall bearers were Bill Levitt, Jerry Levitt, Gene Levitt, Larry Levitt, Bob Beene, and Bill Agdon.

Honorary pall bearers were Harry Wofford, Fred Farmer, George Pond, Harold Hill, Marl Jaco, Ocie Ford, Gordon Whitener, Gaddy Vise, Grady Vise, Hub Cole, Hammie Herd, and Floyd Davidson.

Interment was in Wheeler Cemetery under the direction of Kirk Funeral Home in Wheeler.

Clara Belle Bradstreet, 74, passed away at the Thomas Nursing home at Wellington January 19, 1966 after a serious illness.

Mrs. Bradstreet was born February 17, 1891 at Beehouse, Texas to John and Sarah Cox and was married to Tom M. Bradstreet on December 25, 108 at Rule, Texas. She had lived in Wheeler for 52 years.

Survivors include: two daughters, Mrs. Carl Levitt of Wheeler and Mrs. Pat Beene of Ivanhoe, Texas; one brother, Claude R. Cox of Wheeler; two sisters, Mrs. Loyd Davidson of Wheeler and Mrs. L.E. Clay of Shamrock; 9 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, January 1, 1959 and one daughter.

Services were held in the Wheeler First Baptist Church on Friday, January 21, 1966 at 2:30 p.m. with Rev. Dale Cain officiating.

Burial was in the Wheeler Cemetery under the direction of Wrighty-Denson Funeral home.

Pall bearers were: Earl Tucker, Floyd Davidson, Gordon Whitener, Marl Jaco, Adrian Risner, Harold Hill.
