WHEELER — Teresa Humphreys, 109, of Wheeler died Wednesday, May 16, 2012.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in Wheeler Cemetery in Wheeler with the Rev. Erron Mercer, pastor, officiating. Arrangements are by Peppers Family Funeral Home of Wheeler.
Mrs. Humphreys was born Dec. 6, 1902, in Wynette, Okla., to James Slavin and Eva Dragoo Slavin. She moved to Pampa in 1930 and later to Wheeler. She was a teacher. Mrs. Humphreys was a member of First Christian Church in Pampa.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Carmen Howard.
Survivors include a son, Don Humphreys and wife Cathern of Wheeler; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
