WHEELER - Tommie Minerva Jones, 85, died Sunday, Nov. 18, 2007.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in Cornerstone Church with the Rev. Erron Mercer, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Wheeler Cemetery by Wright Funeral Home.
Mrs. Jones was born Jan. 20, 1922, in Fairlee to George and Mary Malone Riley. She married Edwin Herbert Jones Sr. on Dec. 12, 1951, in Stanford, Conn.
Survivors include a son, Eddie Jones Jr. of Wheeler; a daughter, Rose Parker of Wheeler; 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; a brother, Earl Riley of McLean; and a sister, Wilma Barker of Wheeler.
