WHEELER - Weldon Odell Weatherly, 76, died Thursday morning at his home eight miles east of here after suffering an apparent heart attack. Services will be at 3 p.m. today in First Baptist Church.

Officiating will be the Rev. David Campbell, pastor. Burial will be in Wheeler Cemetery by Wright Funeral Home.

Mr. Weatherly, born in Cleburne, moved to Wheeler County in 1933. He had been a farmer.

He was a member of the Baptist church.

Survivors include the widow, Grace; one daughter, Mrs. Peggy Ford at Wheeler; one son, Bob of Wellington; four brothers, Cliff, Roy and Haskell, all of Wheeler, and Jodie of Amarillo; two sisters, Mrs. Edith Collier of Dallas and Mrs. Beatrice Mullin of Turkey, seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

WHEELER - Grace "Jick" Weatherly, 88, died Sunday, Aug. 11, 1991.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in First Baptist Church with the Rev. Robert Helsley, pastor, and the Rev. Rodney Weatherly, pastor of Country Chapel, officiating. Burial will be in Wheeler Cemetery by Wright Funeral Home.

Mrs. Weatherly, born in Chickasha, Okla., had lived in Wheeler County since 1933. She married W.O. Weatherly in 1921 at Estelline. He died in 1975. She was a clerk at Lee Hardware for 36 years and a member of First Baptist Church. Mrs. Weatherly also was preceded in death by a son, Clois Odell Weatherly, in 1933.

Survivors include a son, Bob Weatherly of Wellington; a daughter, Peggy Ford of Wheeler; two brothers, Jack House and H.W. House, both of Turkey; a sister, Mabel Morse of Turkey; seven grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
