Mamie Campbell, 74, of Colorado City, died on Tuesday, March 26 at Mitchell County Hospital.
Services were held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 30, at St James Baptist Church with the Reverend H. H. Lee officiating, assisted by the Reverend Robert Bracy, under the direction of Kiker-Seale Funeral Home.
Burial followed at Mitchell County Cemetery.
Mrs. Campbell was born on Tuesday, June 6, 1916 to Aaron and Sally Dawson, both now deceased.She is survived by three daughters, Tina Wallace, Maxine Alexander, and Linda Anderson, all of Dallas.She is also survived by four sons, Orlan Campbell of Denver, Colorado; Eddie Campbell of Tennessee Colony, Texas; and Larry Campbell and Kerry Campbell, both of Dallas.Bernice Perkins, a sister, also survives her.Mrs. Campbell is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
