Owen Lee Miller was the son of Thomas Miller and Arthusia Jane Bush. He was born in Kildare, Texas.
Married in 1918. He is the husband of Frances Aileen Tabor Miller.
Mr. Miller died at the age of 74 in Houston, Texas.
