*Obituary
NAZARETH, April 28, (Special) - Funeral services for Jacob Paul (Jack) Acker, 22, of Nazareth, drowning victim, will be conducted at 9 a.m. Wednesday at Holy Name Catholic Church here, with the Rev. Peter Morseh, pastor, officiating.
Burial will be in Holy Family Cemetery here, under direction of Dennis Funeral Home of Dimmitt.
Mr. Acker drowned late Sunday night when he tried to retrieve a boat that had drifted from the shore of Lake Lugert, 23 mile north of Altus, Okla. He had been fishing with friends.
Survivors are his mother, Mrs. Magdalena Acker of Nazareth; two brothers, Kenneth Acker of Irving and Thomas Acker of Nazareth, and three sisters, Mrs. John L. Dea of Lubbock and Mrs. H.D. White of 3303 Lewis and Miss Grace Acker of 811 W. 14th, both of Amarillo.
