Glenda Campbell Barbee
ODESSA
Glenda Barbee, 43, passed away Saturday, May 24, 2003, in Camp Wood, Texas. She was born February 27, 1960, to Bryan and Jacki Campbell in Odessa. She graduated from McCamey High School and attended Odessa College.
She was a finance officer in the automobile industry. She was Catholic.
Her grandparents, Virgil Moore, Earl Campbell, O.C. and Maurine Hartman, all preceded her in death.
Survivors include her husband, Rick Preslar Jr. of Midland; sons, Gerron McClure, Brodee and Terron Barbee, all of Odessa; daughters, Genifer Stacker and husband, Jason, and Nikki Maldonado and husband, Paul, all of Odessa; parents, Bryan and Jacki Campbell of Odessa; grandmother, Audrey Moore of Odessa; brother, David Campbell and wife, Karla, of McCamey; sisters, Gina Coppedge and husband, Bobby, of Gary, Texas, and Renee Roberts and husband, James of Carthage, Texas; grandchild, Mason Stacker of Odessa and one expected grandchild, Landon Maldonado; aunt, Robbie McGuire and husband, Walt, of Odessa; uncle, David Moore and wife, Pat, of Odessa; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Glenda had many friends and will be missed dearly.
Services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 28, 2003, at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jimmy Braswell officiating. Burial will follow at Crane Cemetery.
I said a prayer for you today and know that God must have heard. I felt the answer in my heart although I heard no word. I asked for your happiness in all things great and small. But it was for His loving care that I prayed for most of all.
