Funeral arrangements for Mrs. James W. Alexander, 95, were being made Friday at Gililland Funeral Home, after her death Wednesday evening in an Amarillo nursing home. She died after a long illness.
Born Oct. 9, 1876, Mrs. Alexander was Lalla Hill before her marriage Aug. 8, 1904 at Fort Worth. She had lived in Hereford a number of years before going to the nursing home.
