Funeral services for Temira "Tammy" Beatty, 56, of Lamesa will be held Wednesday, November 25, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Faith Temple Church with Brother Jerry Walton officiating. Interment will follow at Lamesa Memorial Park under the direction of Branon Funeral Home.
Tammy passed away Monday, November 23, 2015 in Lubbock, Texas. She was born August 21, 1959 in Dimmitt, Texas to William Lee Roy and Fayetta (Carother) Rushin. She married Larry Beatty on May 22, 1976 in Lamesa, Texas.
Tammy is survived by her husband, Larry Beatty of Lamesa; son, Steven Beatty of Lamesa; parents, William Lee Roy and Fayetta Rushin of Wewoka, OK; sisters, Angela Cook and husband, Robin of O'Donnell, and Sharon Martin and husband, Sam of Graham; brothers, Bill Rushin and wife, Therese of Spring, and Brady Rushin and wife, Kristi of Graham; and grandson Landon Beatty of Lamesa.
