FRIONA - Jimmy Bynum, 67, died Thursday, Nov. 15, 2007, in Amarillo.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in Friona Cemetery with the Rev. Rick Burton, pastor of Calvary Baptist Church of Friona, officiating. Arrangements are by Hereford Heritage Funeral Home of Hereford.
Mr. Bynum was born Jan. 2, 1940, in Vernon to William and Lorene Harrell Bynum. He met and married the love of his life, Anita Louise Bowers Bynum, on July 31, 1959, in Muleshoe.
Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Denise Bynum Parker of Borger and Melanie Bynum Burns of Friona; a sister, Margie Bynum of Grand Prairie; and two grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be to Odyssey Health Care, 6900 W. Interstate 40, Suite 150, Amarillo, TX 79106 or the American Cancer Society, 3915 S. Bell St., Amarillo TX 79109.

FRIONA — Anita Louise Bynum, 75, of Friona died on Friday, Aug. 15, 2014, in Amarillo.
Celebration of life services will be at 11 a.m. on Tuesday in Calvary Baptist Church in Friona with Bobby Broughton, Pastor, officiating. Arrangements by Blackwell-Mullins Funeral Home of Friona.
Mrs. Bynum was born Dec. 11, 1938, in Lawton, Okla., to W. R. and Dorothy Millsap Bowers. She married Jimmy Bynum in 1959 in Muleshoe.
Survivors include two daughters, Melanie Burns of Muleshoe and Denise Parker of Borger; two sisters, Virginia Bowers of Muleshoe and Barbara Dalton of Fort Worth and two grandchildren.
The family suggest memorials be to Calvary Baptist Church, 1500 Cleveland St. Friona, TX 79035; or Friona Senior Citizens, 1410 Washington St. Friona, TX 79035.
