Malcolm Glenn Brooks, 40, died Tuesday at Cleburne. He is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Malcolm "Shorty" Brooks of Hereford.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Rix Funeral Chapel with the Rev. James Peach, pastor of Westway Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be in West Park Cemetery.
Mr. Brooks, born in Lubbock, moved to Cleburne three years ago from Justin. He was a cowboy and served in the U.S. Navy from 1964 to 1968. He was a member of Westway Baptist Church.
Survivors include two sons, Dewayne Brooks of Lubbock and Shawn Brooks of Cleburne; a daughter, Courtney of New Zealand; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Brooks; a sister, Oleta Norris of Dallas; and a brother, Royce of Benicia, Calif.
