June Calloway [sic] Boyd, 82, former Hereford resident, died early Saturday morning at Amarillo Nursing Center.

Services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday in Temple Baptist Church with Rev. H.W. Bartlett, pastor, and Rev. J.L. Bozeman, retired Baptist minister, officiating. Burial will be in West Park Cemetery under direction of Gililland-Watson Funeral Home.

Mrs. Boyd was born Feb. 2, 1914 in Hereford. She married Charlie Calloway [sic] Dec. 9, 1934 in Clovis, N.M. He died in August, 1988. She married Roy Boyd June 25, 1991. He preceded her in death in October, 1995.

Mrs. Boyd was a homemaker and charter member of Temple Baptist Church, where she was also a Sunday School teacher. She was a Cub Scout and Girl Scout volunteer leader.

Survivors include two sons, Bill Ed Calloway [sic] of Richardson and Charles Neal Calloway [sic] of Arlington; a daughter, Alice June Proctor of Amarillo; a sister, Mildred Jasper of Roanoke; a brother, R.E. (Buddy) Curtsinger of Hereford; 9 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
