HEREFORD — Raquel V. Coronado, 95, of Hereford died Tuesday, May 14, 2013.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Parkside Chapel Funeral Home with the Rev. Paul Garcia, chaplain of Samaritan Hospice, officiating. Burial will follow in West Park Cemetery in Hereford. Arrangements are by
Parkside Chapel Funeral Home of Hereford.
Mrs. Coronado was born July 2, 1917, to Juan and Apolonia Ramirez Valdez. She married Bentura Coronado on Jan. 2, 1937.
Survivors include four daughters, Lidia Aquirre and Irma Elizondo, both of Hereford, and Rosalinda Martinez and Juliete Gonzales, both of Houston; two sons, Mike Coronado of Mesquite and Ernesto Coronado of Amarillo; two sisters, Hermalinda Zamora of Hereford and Evila DeLeon of Amarillo, 21 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
