HEREFORD — Betty Grimes Dufur, 74, died Thursday, Aug. 4, 2011, in Amarillo.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in West Park Cemetery in Hereford with the Rev. Richard Dye, pastor of Amarillo Seventh-day Adventist Church, officiating. Arrangements are by Hereford Heritage Funeral Home.
Mrs. Dufur was born Dec. 5, 1936, in Hereford to Charles and Alta Mae Elliston Grimes. She married Willis Dufur on July 7, 1955, in Hereford.
Survivors include her husband; a son, Daryl "Chip" Dufur of Dalhart; two daughters, Debra Findley of Keene and Dena Schmidt of Highlands Ranch, Colo.; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
