HEREFORD — Vida Grady, 86, of Hereford died Tuesday, June 26, 2012, in Amarillo.
Prayer and eulogy services will be at 6:30 p.m. Monday in Hereford Heritage Funeral Home Chapel of Memories. Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday in St. Anthony's Catholic Church with the Rev. John Valdez as celebrant. Burial will follow in West Park Cemetery. Arrangements are by Hereford Heritage Funeral Home, 411 E. Sixth St.
Vida was born Oct. 5, 1925, in Joliet, Ill., to John Papesh Sr. and Mary Grahek Papesh, immigrants from the former Yugoslavia, now known as Slovenia. On June 12, 1949, she married the love of her life, J. Nolan Grady, in Joliet, Ill.
