Juanita "Nita" Frances Hart
August 14, 1918 ~ January 16, 2018

Juanita "Nita" Frances Hart, 99, of Amarillo, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, January 16, 2018.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, January 19, 2018 at Central Church of Christ Chapel, 1401 S. Monroe St. Following the service, Nita will be laid to rest beside her husband, Cecil W. Hart during a private ceremony at West Park Cemetery in Hereford. Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 S. Georgia St.

Nita was born to V.P. and Eula Switzer, Sr. on August 14, 1918 in Mansfield, Texas. She married Cecil W. Hart in Floydada, Texas in 1936.

Nita was a member of Central Church of Christ since 1986. She loved her church and her Lord.

She was preceded in death by her husband, four brothers and two sisters.

Left to mourn and celebrate her passing are three daughters so special to her; Suzanne H. East and husband Bob of Amarillo, Linda L. Hagebush and husband Karl of Plano, and Nancy L. Todd and husband Gordon of Plano.; seven wonderful grandchildren; Tracy Winters, Alicia Long, Kari Kelly, Cory Ferguson, Evaney Priolo and Scottie Davis; eight great-grandchildren and one great great-grandchild.

The family will receive friends from 6-7:00 p.m., Thursday, January 18, 2018 at the funeral home.
