HEREFORD - Devonne Harwell, 78, died Thursday, April 22, 2004, in Amarillo.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Parkside Chapel Funeral Home with the Rev. Darren Skinner officiating. Burial will be in West Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Harwell was born April 26, 1925, in Shiloh Parish, La., the daughter of Frank and Sally Moore. She was a retired nurse and a member of the Methodist church.
She was preceded in death by four brothers.
Survivors include a son, Wiley Harwell of Norman, Okla.; two daughters, Jacklyn Nikkel of Hereford and Cathy Pennington of Dalhart; a brother, Jessie Moore of Little Rock, Ark.; seven grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be to BSA Hospice, P.O. Box 950, Amarillo, TX 79105.
