Edith Landers Temple
Edith Landers Temple, 77, of Muleshoe, former Hereford resident, died Tuesday, Dec. 31. Among survivors is a sister, Estallene Collier of Hereford.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday in Ellis Funeral Home chapel in Muleshoe. Officiating will be the Rev. Jim Williams, pastor of Church of Compassion and the Rev. Mike Doyle, pastor of Spanish Assembly of God. Burial will be in West Park Cemetery in Hereford.
Born in Struggleville, Okla., Mrs. Temple lived in Hereford from 1938 until 1965. She was a resident of Winterhaven, Cal. prior to moving to Muleshoe in 1981. She was a member of Church of Compassion. Her husband, Orvel Landers, died in 1974.
Survivors are a son, Holly Lee Landers of Yuma, Ariz., a daughter, Gail Wilcox of Muleshoe, two brothers, Loren Pellam of Dallas and Bob Pellam of Aubrey; another sister, Norma Massey of Sallisaw, Okla.; four grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
