Son of Mary Ann Nutter and Alexander S. Lowther. Married to Anna Margaret Keiry in 1898.

Funeral services for Albert Lowther, 79, 309 Bennett, were held Tuesday in the First Christian Church with Rev. Don Root, pastor, officiating.

Mr. Lowther, a retired farmer, died last Friday in Wichita Falls following an illness of several months.

He was born October 25, 1874, in Peabody, Kans. On August 4, 1989 [sic], he married Anna Margaret Kelry in Del Norte, Colo. They came to Texas in 1919 from Monte Vista, Colo.

Survivors include his wife, and one brother, J.E. Lowrey [sic] of Wichita, Kans.

Pallbearers were: Claude Ricketts, L.Z. Oldham, F.Y. Moreman, Robert Body, John Aiken and John Robinson.

Burial was in West Park Cemetery under the direction of Gililland Funeral Home.
