Mildred Fuller, 85, of Mount Calm, passed away Thursday, February 13, 2014, at Royal Manor Health Center. Graveside services will be at 11:30 a.m., Monday, February 17, 2014, at T K Cemetery in McLennan County. Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m., Sunday, at OakCrest Funeral Home.

Mildred was born in Newton, Alabama, to Walter Leonard Simmons and Blondell Allen (Bryan) Simmons. She met and married Joe Allen Fuller and in the early 50's, Mildred and Joe moved to Texas due to his employment. They settled in the Waco area in the late 50's. Mildred was a loving wife and mother who dedicated her life to her family and in raising and caring for all her children. She was devoted to and cared for her son, Buddy, throughout his life until his death in December of 2013.

She was preceded in death by her husband; and a son, Buddy.

Mildred is survived by her son, Otto Fuller, of Mount Calm; daughters, Glenda Gammons and husband, Harry, of Mount Calm, and Pattie Meier and husband, Russ, of Hewitt; granddaughters: Michelle, Ashley, Corrie, Audrie Cheyenne, Kodi, and Mandie; grandsons, Joel and Chris; five great-grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.
