Funeral services for Clarence R. Morgan, 73 of 1602 Lawson Lane, will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Gilliland Funeral Home Rose Chapel in Hereford.

The Rev. Don McWhorter, pastor of the Wesley United Methodist Church of Hereford, will officiate. Burial will be in West Park Cemetery there.

Born at Temple, Mr. Morgan came to Amarillo on Dec. 10, 1953, from Wichita Falls.

He married Miss Beth Millard on Oct. 2, 1931, in Panhandle. At the time of his death, he was employed in Amarillo as an insurance agent. He was a Methodist and a veteran of World War I.

Survivors include his wife; a son, Clarence Morgan Jr. of Santa Barbara, Calif.; a daughter, Mrs. Martha Berneld of Greatneck, N.Y.; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
