*Obituary Romulo Nava
Funeral services for Romulo Nava, 90, of Hereford will be 2p.m. Wednesday December 19, 2012 at San Jose Catholic Church with Monsignor Joe Bixenman officiating. Burial will follow in West Park Cemetery. A prayer service will be held at 7p.m. Tuesday December 18, 2012 at Rix Funeral Directors.
Romulo passed away on Saturday December 15, 2012 in Hereford.
Romulo Nava was born on October 30, 1922 to Jose and Apolonia (Ramirez) Nava in Urlangato, Mexico. He married the love of his life, Elvira Blanco Villagomez on December 21, 1938. She preceded him in death on November 11, 1989.
Those left to cherish Romulo's memory are his 3 daughters, Alicia Carmona, Eva Nava, and Rosa Rodriguez ; 9 sons, Guillermo Nava, Jose Luis Nava, Juan Ramon Nava, Arturo Nava, Raul Nava, Antonio Nava, Reuben Nava, Eloy Nava, and Javier Nava; 51 grandchildren; 99 great-grandchildren, and 11 great-great grandchildren

Elvia Villa Nava, 67, died Saturday, Nov. 11, 1989, in Moriela, Mexico after a sudden illness.
Services are pending at Rix Funeral Directors in Hereford.
Mrs. Nava was born Dec. 21, 1922, in Charlotte and married Romulo Nava Nov. 17, 1941, in Mexico.
Mrs. Nava moved to Hereford from Carrizo Springs, Texas. She lived in Hereford 16 years.
Survivors include nine sons, Guillermo, Jose, Arturo, Juan, Raul, Antonio, Elyo, all of Hereford, Ruben and Javier of San Antonio; three daughters, Eva Nava, Rosa Rodriquez of Hereford, and Alicia Carmon of Chicago, Ill.; five sisters; 10 brothers; 45 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Nava was a member of San Jose Catholic Church.
