HEREFORD - Dicie Ryan, 83, died Friday, April 22, 2005 in Amarillo.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Fellowship of Believers Church with the Rev. Tracy Dunn-Noland officiating. Burial will be in West Park Cemetery by
Parkside Chapel Funeral Home.
Mrs. Ryan was born Jan. 9, 1922, in Ryan, Okla., the daughter of George and Etta Huskey. She married Preston "Ted" Ryan on Feb. 27, 1939, in Waurika,
Okla. He preceded her in death in 2000. Mrs. Ryan worked in many restaurants as a cashier for several years and sold Avon products.
She was preceded in death by her husband; two brothers; and five sisters.
Survivors include a son, Barney Ryan and wife, Jacquelyn, of Friona; a daughter, Alice Harris and husband, Skeeter, of McLean; two sisters, Mary Nichels of Bethany, Okla., and Barbara Jo Stonebreaker of Waurika; 13 grandchildren; 43 great-grandchildren; and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at 500 E. Fourth St. in Hereford.
