Ann Marie (Smith) Flemmons, 69, of Lubbock, TX was born July 31,1952 in Bangor, Maine to Norman Richard Smith & Alberta Ernestine (Grant) Smith. Ann worked at the blueberry factory in Maine. She married Charles Flemmons August 3,1979 in Milbridge, Maine. Ann had many interests and talents including genealogy, handwriting analysis & crocheting. She was one of the original employees of Cracker Barrel when it opened in Lubbock. She was also a manager for Flemmons Properties rentals.
Ann passed away Tuesday, September 21, 2021.
She is predeceased by her mother, father, & her brother, Timothy Richard Smith.
Those left to cherish her memories are her husband of 42 years: Charles Flemmons, 2 sons: Norman Richard Eldridge & wife Marie and John Duncan Eldridge & fiance’ Kim Turney all of Lubbock, 2 step sons: Michael Flemmons of Wolfforth & Mark Flemmons of Sand Point, Idaho, 2 sisters: Elaine Trundy & husband Brian of Florida, Norma Sargent & husband Dennis of Maine, her Aunt Rachel Libby of Fort Worth, her Uncle Roger Grant of Maine, 7 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, & many nieces, nephews, & cousins.
Ann will be greatly missed, remembered by many and loved by all.
Services will be made at a later date. Cremation is under the care of Wilsons’ Funeral Directors of Wolfforth.
