HEREFORD - Susan "Sue" Urbanczyk, 43, died Wednesday, March 25, 1998.
Services will be at 10 a.m. today in the Church of the Nazarene with the Rev. Ted Taylor officiating. Burial will be in West Park Cemetery by Parkside Chapel.
Mrs. Urbanczyk was born in Chicago. She was a homemaker. She attended the Nazarene Church of Hereford.
She married Martin Urbanczyk in 1973 at Hereford.
Survivors include her husband; two sons, Joshua Urbanczyk of Phoenix and Jeremy Urbanczyk of Hereford; a daughter, Jenna Urbanczyk of Hereford; her parents, Kenneth and Geraldine Klechak of Hereford; and a sister, Debra Cowley of Amarillo.
A memorial fund has been established with the Hereford State Bank for the Urbancyzk children's college fund.
