Obituary:
FOLLETT - Mary Frances "Babe" Siebenlist, 86, died Thursday, April 15, 2010, in Booker.
Services will be at 3 p.m. today in United Methodist Church in Follett with the Rev. Ricky Mercer, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Fairmont Cemetery in Follett by Scotty Schilling Funeral Director.
Mrs. Siebenlist was born Dec. 31, 1923, in Liberal, Kan., to Leonard J. and Nettie M. Moody Henness. She met and married Sol Siebenlist and they lived on a farm in Oklahoma.
Survivors include five daughters, Marquita Akers of Tulsa, Okla., Janita Pendleton of Shamrock, Lovita Bedell of Laverne, Okla., Marita Dea of Quanah and Jolita Sells of Pampa; 13 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be to Hemphill County Hospice, 1020 S. Fourth St., Canadian, TX 79014; or Twin Oaks Manor, P.O. Box 369, Booker, TX 79005.
