Karen Hicks Yeargain was born June 27, 1958 in Lubbock. She graduated from Monterey High School and received her L.V.N. degree from St. Mary's Hospital. She worked at Quail Ridge and Carillon. She was a member of Turning Point Community Church.
She passed away on Thursday, July 14, 2005 in Lubbock. Survivors include a daughter, Kelsy Yeargain of Lubbock; her parents, Dub and Jo Hicks of Lubbock; a sister, Kathy Hicks King and husband Jim of Rowlett; two nieces, Amber and Ashley King; and a nephew, James King.
