Willie Seaburn Murphy, 74, was a retired water well driller. He was a Snyder native and had worked in West Texas oil fields for 25 years. He moved to Andrews five months ago from Denver City and also had lived in Morton and Seminole, where he had worked for Parker Drilling Company. Mr. Murphy had lived in Andrews from 1953 to 1955. Survivors include his wife; one daughter; seven sons; 26 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
