ANDREWS -- Hazel Esther Osterhout, 79, of Andrews died Monday, May 14, at Home Hospice House in Andrews.
Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday, May 17. The Rev. Bob Zap of Andrews will officiate. Burial will be in Andrews Old Cemetery under the direction of McNett Funeral Home.
She was born April 29, 1928 in Independence, Kan. She married Leo Osterhout Oct. 12, 1946 in Independence, Kan.
She is survived by her husband; son, Danny Osterhout of Andrews; daughter, Susan Spears of Midland; brother, Jim Enders of Wichita, Kan.; sister, Charlene Woods of Midland; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
