Juanita Cooper passed from this life on January 22, 2015 in Terrell, Texas. Juanita was born on June 8, 1923 in Chillicothe, Texas to Arthur McClure Harmon and Dollie Mae Cofer Harmon. She graduated from Roaring Springs High School in 1940. She married Alfred Junior Cooper on January 25, 1941. From this union they had two children Pat and Kay.

Juanita was a rural route postal carrier and also a housewife. She was a lifelong member of the Baptist Church.

She is survived by her children: Patricia Ann Cooper Minton and husband Lynn of San Antonio, Tx, and LaJuana Kay Cooper Dunnam and husband Ken of Forney, Tx Granddaughters Cheryl Ann Rockwell and husband Ben of San Antonio, TX, and Carol Lyn Cooper and husband Matt of Fayetteville ARK, and Kourtney Paige Dunnam, of Allen, Tx. Great Grandchildren: Elizabeth and Andrew Rockwell, Jackson, Eleanor, and George Cooper. Brothers: Gordon Harmon and wife Freddie of Mansfield, Tx, and Bill Harmon and wife Martha of Lubbock, Tx. Sisters: Vee Gordon of Matador, Tx and Lee Bradford and husband Van of Gruver, Tx. Nieces and Nephews: Sandy Sledge, Kyle Harmon, Sharon Wartes, Kim Harmon, Tommy Harmon, D'Ann Harmon, Greg Harmon, Jody Bradford, Vana Mans, and Linda Oliver.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Alfred Cooper, her parents Arthur Harmon and Dollie Mae Jameson, brothers, Arthur Harmon and Lonnie Harmon and brother in law Harold Gordon.
