Ruth Lee Loving, 87, of Colorado City formerly of Andrews, passed away on Wednesday, June 08, 2016 in Colorado City.
Family and friends will gather to celebrate her life at 2:00 pm Friday, June 10, 2016 at the McNett Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jeff Chapman officiating. Interment will follow in the Andrews West Cemetery under the personal care of McNett Funeral Home in Andrews. The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 9th, from 6-8 pm at McNett Funeral Home. Please celebrate the life of Ruth by visiting www.mcnettfuneralhome.com.
Ruth was born April 6, 1929 in Seymour, Texas to George Lem and Ludie Mae (Bohman) Betts. She married Walter Allen Loving April 28, 1946 in Seymour, Texas; together they owned and operated Allens Lease Service in Andrews.
She is preceded in death by her parents; George and Ludie Betts, husband; Walter Allen Loving, and two sisters; Fay Gray and Pearl Yates.
Those left to honor and cherish Ruths memory are her sons; David Allen Loving and wife Catalina, Ricky Lee Loving and wife Brenda, Gary Duane Loving and wife Carrie, all of Andrews and Donald Wayne Loving and wife, Mary of Odessa, daughters; Patsy Johnson and husband, Tommy of San Angelo and Teresa Kay McMillan and husband, Perry of Colorado City, one brother; G.L. Betts of Quanah and 15 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren 4 great-great grandchildren.
