Enrique Rodriguez, 95 best known as Henry to all his friends in the community of Andrews for 55 years passed away on Saturday January 16, 2021 surrounded by his family.
Family and friends will gather to celebrate his life at 10:00 AM Wednesday, January 20, 2021 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church with Rev. Jose De Dios - Gonzalez. Interment will follow in the Andrews West Cemetery.

Born on January 12, 1926 in Devine, Texas to Ramon and Matiana Rodriguez.
A United States Marine, he proudly served for two years, fought in World War II where he watched the raising of the flag at Iwo Jima in 1945.
In 1949, he married Maria Galvan in Castroville, Texas; after moving to various towns before they settled in Andrews in 1966.
A mechanic by trade he started at the Ford house until venturing out and opening his own business known as Henry’s Garage.
He was a member of the Andrews Volunteer Fire Department for 38 years.
He was a longtime member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church where he was a devout Catholic and served as an usher until the age of 80.
A strong man with an exceptional work ethic you could find him outside watering his grass and rose bushes which he had taken great pride in. He loved family gatherings especially celebrating his birthdays which happened from January 10th to the 22nd. He knew many people and will be deeply missed by all those who knew him.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Maria Rodriguez. Daughters, Linda Cisneros and Delia Landeros; His parents Ramon and Matiana Rodriguez; His brothers Fidel Rodriguez, Lazaro Rodriguez; Sisters, Herlinda Rodriguez, Elvira Aguinaga, Sara Ornelas, Consuelo Alvarado; and Grandson Enrique Jose Falcon.
He is survived by his children Frank Rodriguez of Andrews, Beatrice Alvarado and husband Joe of Seminole, Steve Rodriguez of Amarillo, Shirley Aguilar and husband Carlos of Andrews, Alice Falcon and husband Joe of Andrews, sister, Estella Sanchez, brother, Raymundo Rodriguez, 11 grandchildren; Michael Cisneros, Michelle Cisneros, Gabriel Falcon, Joe Alvarado, Melissa Trevino, John Alvarado, Lucinda Alvidrez, Laura Jimenez, Salena Padilla, Larissa Falcon, Robert Aguilar, and fourteen great-grandchildren.
