*Obituary Rueleen Daggs Freeze
Rueleen Freeze was born Oct. 21, 1930 at Minco, Oklahoma to Ruel Daggs and Seona (Rinn) Daggs. She was the middle child of five children. Rueleen grew up on a farm near Chickasha, Oklahoma and graduated from the Oklahoma College for Women in Chickasha with a Bachelor's degree in teaching.
Rueleen's first teaching job was at Bradley, Oklahoma where she taught home economics. It was at Bradley that she met the love of her life, Lee Freeze, who was teaching industrial arts and coaching the high school boys' basketball team. They were joined in marriage on June 4, 1955.

Lee and Rueleen later continued their education at the University of Oklahoma where Rueleen received her Master's in Education. They then moved to Lamesa, Texas and taught school there for a number of years. After a while they moved to Brownsfield, Texas. They taught there until they moved to Big Spring in 1962. Rueleen taught school at Kentwood and Marcy Elementary Schools until she retired in 1991.

Rueleen was involved in many activities besides teaching. She loved to cook, quilt, sew, and can fresh vegetables from her garden. She excelled at taking great care of her family and home. She was also very involved in her church, First United Methodist in downtown Big Spring, and was active in a number of social activities, including Bunco, Square Dancing, and a Bridge club.

Preceded in death by her husband Lee James Freeze, and her sister and one brother, Vera Mae Eubank and Don Daggs, she is survived by her three sons, Jay Freeze of Big Spring, Jim Freeze and wife Michelle of Prosper, Texas, Tim Freeze and wife Allison of Orlando, FL; her four grandchildren, Christian Freeze of Austin, Jordan Sender and husband Ben of Conway, AR, and Chandler and Harrison Freeze of Orlando, FL; and her two brothers, David Daggs and wife Betty of Edmond, OK and Jim Daggs and wife Gae of Aspen, CO, along with many other relatives and a host of friends.
