Funeral services for Billy Ray Gilbreath, 72, of Odessa, will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home Chapel in Odessa.
Burial will be at 2 p.m. at the Lamesa Memorial Park in Lamesa under the direction of Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home
Mr. Gilbreath died on Saturday, Jan. 22, 2011 to join the love of his life and best friend Ann Gilbreath.
He was born on June 24, 1938 in Alba, Texas. He grew up in Lamesa, Texas and later moved to Odessa, where he lived until his death.
He worked for Key Services for years until his retirement.
Preceding him in death were his parents, Walter and Ola Gilbreath; a brother, Buck Gilbreath; a sister, LaVern Vaughn; and a son, Felix Glen Gilbreath.
Survivors include his sons, Barry Gilbreath of Ruidoso, N.M. and Cody Gilbreath of Odessa; a daughter, Gina Mize of Brownwood; a sister, Avis Robertson of Midland; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
