Claudette Hartley was called home to our Lord and Savior on July 3, 2014. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Monday, July, 7, 2014 at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Rosewood Chapel in Big Spring. Interment will follow at the Peace Chapel at Trinity Memorial Park in Big Spring.T he family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Sunday, July 6, 2014 at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home in Big Spring. Claudette was born June 2, 1936 to Claude and Bernice Harper in Pittsburg, Texas. Claudette was a wonderful loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She loved spending time with her family more than anything! Her three grandchildren were the light in her life. She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Leonard John Hartley of Midland; her son, Ty Hartley and his wife, Shelley of Greenwood; three grandchildren, Nathan Hartley of San Angelo; Brenna Hartley of Greenwood; and Brandon McFarland and his wife, Bethany of Lubbock; her brother, Hollis Harper and his wife, Mary of Tucson, AZ; and their daughter, Terrie Simon; and her mother-in-law, Edna Hayworth of Big Spring. She was preceded in death by her parents and her daughter, Judith Ann McFarland. Arrangements under the direction of Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home & Crematory of Big Spring.
